Being vegan is bad for your health

– Being vegan is bad for your health –

Veganism has been a reoccurring trend for many decades now. But, does it really do anything to improve our health? It actually doesn’t. That is because humans are carnivores thus we need meat. So are cats, dogs… a girl on the internet claimed her dog is ‘vegan’ and he actually prefers lettuce and cabbage over meat. Well, it didn’t go the way she intended it at all, her dog went straight for the canned meat. Have you noticed people are vegan for a while already yet they need loads of vitamin filled pils to make up for the contents their ‘healthy’ foods don’t contain. Our bones need protein to sustain their mass either else osteoporosis could develop. Due to omega-3 and zinc deficiency mental issues arise since we need serotonin to feel good not only mentally but physically too hence increasing depression rates. You cannot get serotonin by only eating grass, lettuce, cabbage etc… because once again, we are carnivores that’s the way we’re made and can’t change that. Numerous chemical deficiencies lead to endocrine problems. If you still want to reduce your meat intake then cut out pork. Being vegan is less healthy than not. It is hypothesised that vegan diets are the culprit of many autoimmune diseases by increasing the inflammatory response of the body. Bio foods, which are catered towards vegans are not truly ‘bio’ or ‘100% natural’ as they claim to be but, are in fact, much less natural than all other non-bio foods. Noting that veganism is also just a scheme marketed by the government in a packet-eating manner
