Being vegan is bad for your health

– Being vegan is bad for your health –

Veganism has been a reoccurring trend for many decades now. But, does it really do anything to improve our health? It actually doesn’t. That is because humans are carnivores thus we need meat. So are cats, dogs… a girl on the internet claimed her dog is ‘vegan’ and he actually prefers lettuce and cabbage over meat. Well, it didn’t go the way she intended it at all, her dog went straight for the canned meat. Have you noticed people are vegan for a while already yet they need loads of vitamin filled pils to make up for the contents their ‘healthy’ foods don’t contain. Our bones need protein to sustain their mass either else osteoporosis could develop. Due to omega-3 and zinc deficiency mental issues arise since we need serotonin to feel good not only mentally but physically too hence increasing depression rates. You cannot get serotonin by only eating grass, lettuce, cabbage etc… because once again, we are carnivores that’s the way we’re made and can’t change that. Numerous chemical deficiencies lead to endocrine problems. If you still want to reduce your meat intake then cut out pork. Being vegan is less healthy than not. It is hypothesised that vegan diets are the culprit of many autoimmune diseases by increasing the inflammatory response of the body. Bio foods, which are catered towards vegans are not truly ‘bio’ or ‘100% natural’ as they claim to be but, are in fact, much less natural than all other non-bio foods. Noting that veganism is also just a scheme marketed by the government in a packet-eating manner

STOP Taking Supplements

– STOP Taking Supplements –

Since we are very young our parents, grandparents and MD tell us we must take supplement X and supplement Y for good health. I mean, if you have a medical condition and are prescribed medication then you should take it. Whereas if you don’t have any underlying known conditions then why should you take any excess chemicals, as if there aren’t enough in all foods already. During cold time we are told we need to increase our magnesium intake by taking a vitamin pill every day. How does one know for certain their magnesium levels are low if they don’t do a blood test? If our magnesium levels are very high then you’ll actually develop a condition called hypermagnesemia. High levels pf magnesium in the body increase the natural absorption of iron from foods which could lead to another condition, hemochromatosis. Ensure whether you should or shouldn’t take any supplement yourself and if you do actually have a deficit. You don’t need to medicate something you don’t have

STOP Drinking Milk

– STOP Drinking Milk –

Milk contains animal hormones, those of either cow, goat or sheep. Now ask yourselves what animals other than humans consume milk from other mammals. You’re right. None. That is because it’s not at all nutritious or beneficial to growth, bone development or increasing calcium levels in the body. The pituitary gland releases the hormone prolactin which stimulates our growth and milk does not increase its release from the gland nor has it been proven to strengthen bone. Calcium is produced by the body in adequate quantities and its intake can be increased through consuming enough protein. I took a blood test not long ago to check my calcium levelskeep in mind that I never drank cow’s milk or that of another animal in my life and amusingly enough I had a slight excess of calcium by 0.2 more than the average person who presumably drinks milk regularly (~10.2 normal parameter) since I consume enough protein by including meat in the vast majority of my meals which is the core source for protein. You may ask yourself how is there more calcium in meat? We are falsely being told that a glass of milk contains roughly 300 mg of calcium. That would make a glass of pure milk and that is not what we’re given in milk cartons is stores today. If you were, for example to milk a cow yourself at a farm then you would have pure milk. Still, this milk will not taste quite as good as the processed store milk. The hormones and bacteria present set the foundation for numerous health issues especially autoimmune disease like type 1 diabetes, celiac disease, IBS, rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis and MS. A dairy free diet has proven to allevite the inflammatory response
